Cursor Agent a9fcba5ca0 feat: add initState logging to downloads screen 
Added missing logging in DownloadsScreen.initState():
- 📥 Log initState() call
- 📥 Log postFrameCallback triggered
- 📥 Log before calling refreshDownloads()

This completes the logging chain to track full initialization flow.
